Who We Are.
Pana Property Investments LLC was founded by Enes Ozcan in Hoffman Estates. We're a two-person family operation — Enes runs the business and every client relationship, Alim runs the ground game, trade partner network, and past-customer relationships. We're Chicago-licensed General Contractors (Class E, $500K project ceiling) doing kitchen, bath, and basement remodeling for homeowners in NW Cook County. We work in the towns we live in — Hoffman Estates, Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Mount Prospect, Elk Grove Village, and the surrounding suburbs.
