When you need more square footage but love the neighborhood, an addition is usually the answer. Pana Pro Builders builds bumpouts, attached additions, second-story suites, and primary-bedroom expansions — with the foundation, structural framing, roofline tie-in, and finish work coordinated as one project. Every project is run by Enes and Alim Ozcan directly.

What we typically build:

Bumpout addition: extending a kitchen, living room, or primary bath out 6–12 ft. Smaller footprint, faster timeline, often no full foundation needed.

Attached room addition: full new room (family room, in-law suite, primary suite) on its own foundation, tied into the existing structure.

Second-story addition: vertical expansion. Requires structural reinforcement of the existing first floor, but doubles usable floor area without taking the yard.

Our process: in-home consult, structural review, written estimate within 5 business days, full permit handling through the City of Chicago and Cook County, then phased construction with weekly progress check-ins.
